The Welsh Construction Show 2019, kicked off at the Cardiff City Stadium on Wednesday April 10th and Watkin Davies had the privilege of taking headline sponsor and exhibiting at the first ever show.
Hundreds of people came together for the event, with informative seminars, great exhibition stands and delicious free cupcakes available from Watkin Davies throughout the day, which the attendees were very complimentary about

Our Sales and Development Director, Daniel Abbott gave an interesting seminar on Insurance Law and Regulation and Lyndsey Connor from our Credit Insurance partner, Euler Hermes, presented the importance of Credit Insurance in the Construction Industry. The seminars were well received with great feedback given before the next events in Llandudno and Swansea.

The seminar was well supported right up to closing time, as well as meaningful conversations still taking place, many were eagerly waiting for the prize draw to take place.
Once the draw had taken place we packed up and had time to reflect on a job well done all round. The event was a great success, not only for the organisers, but for us as sponsors and exhibitors. Everybody enjoyed the event and we are looking forward to hearing from those who showed an interest in speaking with us about their insurances.
We will see you again very soon at the North Wales show, in Llandudno on 10th September and later in the year in Swansea on October 23rd at the Liberty Stadium! Our free cupcakes will also be available on both days as well.
