Watkin Davies appointed as Brokers to Fitness Industry Services CIC

Watkin Davies Insurance Consultants have teamed up with Fitness Industry Services CIC (FIS) and Community Fitness Network (CFN) to provide bespoke insurance and risk management solutions to the Organisation and its Members.Both FIS and CFN were established to make a positive impact in getting people active through working with fitness brands, instructors and partners.
They create projects that enable communities to become active and get people moving, creating an engaging pathway to a healthier life. They offer support and training to help fitness instructors do what they do best – get people active.
Watkin Davies already work with a number of established sports organisations, including the Welsh Sports Association, FAW Trust and Water Skills Academy, as their Official Insurance Partners and this newest addition supports their continued focus and development within this sector.
Brett Pearson from Fitness CIC said; ‘Insurance is an essential element of an instructors business to ensure they can deliver classes knowing that should anything unforeseen happen, they are covered. It is a necessary cost, and we have worked very hard with Watkin Davies to bring to market the best policy cover available, and at the lowest cost for instructors.
